Nathan Becomes an Associate

Pfeiffer Law Corp is pleased to announce the promotion of its newest associate, Nathan R. Brogden.  Mr. Brogden was a post-graduate law clerk where his work focused primarily on litigation matters and was responsible for drafting pre-trial motions, operative pleadings, and arbitration papers on behalf of Pfeiffer Law clients. He also played a large role regarding collection efforts and marketing strategy. In addition to the firm’s litigation practice, Mr. Brogden will be expanding his role as an associate to focus on transactional matters, including drafting agreements on behalf of actors, writers, producers, and directors as well as securing and protecting the intellectual property interests of our clients.

Mr. Brogden began his career as a policy advocate in Washington, DC before returning to his roots in the entertainment capital of the world – Los Angeles, California. His passion for the entertainment business stems from a lifetime of playing music, which was further fueled by his experience working at WME Entertainment. During his time at WME, Mr. Brogden gained insight into the potential legal liabilities that exist for businesses and individuals in the entertainment industry. This experience fostered his desire to protect people and organizations from these ever-present legal dangers, while at the same time helping them achieve their personal and professional goals.

“Congratulations to Mr. Brogden. We always reflect on our clients and their goals when making new hires and promotions,” said Jon Pfeiffer, Founder and Managing Shareholder of Pfeiffer Law Corp. “We know Mr. Brogden will provide great value for our clients in this new, expanded role we have created for him.”

“I cannot wait to start,” added Mr. Brogden. “Pfeiffer Law Corp is a special firm to be a part of, and I am excited to start my career as an attorney in such a dynamic environment.”

Mr. Brogden received his B.S. in Political Science from Pepperdine University and his J.D. from Southwestern Law School where he graduated in the top twenty percent of his class. While at Southwestern, Mr. Brogden was a two-time Dean’s Scholar, a Staff Writer for the Southwestern Journal of International Law, and a Member of the Negotiation Honors Program competition team.

Mr. Brogden is licensed to practice before all California state courts as well as the United States District Court – Central District of California.
